You reached your goal. Now we come down slowly.

Step your weekly dose down a little at a time. This page shows each step and tells you when to move, wait or slow down.

Coming down

One small step at a time.

Your provider sets your plan. Questions? Text us.

Set up your plan

A few details and your steps appear on the right.

A few details and your steps appear below.

1Your dose now

2When you start

Have you started coming down yet?

3Your pace

About 9 to 12 weeks to 10 units, in bigger steps. Hunger may come back sooner.

4Your weightsOptional

With these, your trend shows how far you are from where you started.

What to expect

Hunger may get louder again.

That is part of coming down. Keep protein at meals, keep your strength days, and protect your sleep while your body settles at each level.

After the last step

Three ways to finish.

When you reach 10 units, you choose what comes next with your care team. Any of the three is a good outcome.

Keep a small dose

Optional

Some people keep a small dose to help hold their results. Your care team sets up maintenance vials for you, and your personal refill link comes by email.

Text us for more information.
Maintenance dose

Stop completely

Text us before your last dose so we can note it in your chart.

Let us know you're stopping
  • Some weight usually comes back, and that's normal.
  • In studies, people regained about half to two-thirds of what they lost in the year after stopping, but most were still lighter than when they started.
  • Weigh in once a month and keep your protein and strength habits.
  • If you take medicine for diabetes or blood pressure, talk to us before you stop.
  • Restarting after a break begins again at a low dose.

Not sure yet

Text the care team. We'll look at your check-ins with you and decide together.

A few safety notes.

Missed 2 or more weekly doses? Text us before your next one.

Text us before your next step if you take medicine for diabetes or blood pressure, are pregnant or planning to be, or have side effects that worry you.
